As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Design Engineers Team based in Lithuania and Latvia and inviting a Design Engineer to join our team, contribute to project execution and further product development, and provide our clients with the best-value product offerings for their buildings.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
○ Develop accurate shop drawings using Dextall Studio, Revit, and AutoCAD.
○ Ensure designs meet company standards, project requirements, and codes.
○ Prepare and respond to RFIs clearly and efficiently.
○ Contribute to engineering analysis tasks to validate key components.
○ Create detailed window and façade specifications aligned with project needs.
○ Prepare material take-offs to support procurement and cost control.
○ Provide precise ordering information for façade components.
○ Collaborate closely with production engineers to ensure design intent is maintained.
○ Support the team with other design engineering tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
○ Background in facade engineering with at least 3 years of experience in design or technical roles.
○ Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD; experience with 3D modeling in Revit or Inventor is a strong advantage.
○ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
○ Ability to manage tasks and communicate clearly in a team environment.
○ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
○ Good English language skills.
