As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Research and development team based in Lithuania, Latvia or any other EU country and inviting a Research and Development (R&D) Concept Engineer to join our team and contribute to maintaining exceptional standards, ensuring compliance and fostering strong partnerships with our local and international production partners.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs for prefabricated façade systems during early project stages.

• Participate in technical meetings with clients and support Sales & Preconstruction teams.

• Analyze architectural input and propose technically and economically viable solutions.

• Create preliminary drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Support transition from concept to execution and assist Engineering teams when needed.

• Develop and maintain solutions library.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade system design or development.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit (Inventor skill is a plus).

• Proactive communication attitude (ensures the client feels guided and informed throughout the process).

• Ability to propose technically feasible solutions based on client inputs (even under incomplete data conditions).

• Creativity and thinking out of the box.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Experience with U.S. façade codes (AAMA, ASTM) is an advantage.
