The Role: PRODUCERS' COORDINATOR

As Producers' Coordinator, you will be a key part of the team that manages Dextall’s international network of external production partners. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day communication, track progress, support onboarding, and regularly visit partner production facilities to ensure alignment, quality, and operational readiness.

This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable communicating across cultures and production environments. You will be instrumental in helping Dextall scale efficiently while maintaining excellent execution quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for production partners, managing daily communication and document exchange.
• Support onboarding of new partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and project readiness.
• Provide on-site support during project launches to guide setup and ensure compliance with expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and partner performance.
• Track production milestones and update internal tools with key metrics, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate, version-controlled documentation and ensure partner compliance with required processes.
• Identify and escalate production or quality issues, supporting resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner questions and support cross-functional workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, production, quality or supply chain support role (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or prefab environments).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Comfortable working with external vendors/partners, both remotely and on-site.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to partner facilities (within EU or internationally, depending on partner location).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you’ll be managing multiple deadlines at once.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
