As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Research & Development Team based in Lithuania and inviting a R&D Thermal Engineer to join our team and help us provide our clients with the best-value product offerings for their buildings.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform U-value, thermal bridge, and condensation risk calculations.
• Develop and optimize thermal performance of prefabricated façade systems.
• Build calculation models using Physibel software (BISCO, TRISCO,SOLIDO).
• Support engineering and digitalization teams with thermal input/output.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. ASHRAE, NFRC, and IECC standards.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, consultants and clients.
• Participate in the standardization and optimization of the R&D process.‍

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Degree in Building Physics, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in engineering Unitized facade design would be an advantage.
• Experience with Physibel tools (BISCO, TRISCO, SOLIDO) would be an advantage.
• Proficient with thermal report preparation.
• Understanding U.S. thermal performance standards would be an advantage.
• Strong skills in CAD (AutoCAD, Fusion 360) and Excel.
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and self-driven professional.
• Communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.‍
