We are looking for a detail-oriented 3D Revit Modeler to join our Bid management team and to create simplified building models based on architectural drawings in .DWG and .PDF formats. The focus of this role is on accurately modeling exterior building envelopes (external walls and openings) to support internal data collection and calculations in our proprietary Dextall Studio software.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert architectural drawings (.DWG and .PDF) into simplified 3D Revit models.

• Model external building geometry only, including:

  • Exterior walls

  • Window openings

  • Door openings

• Follow internal modeling standards and templates to ensure consistency across projects.

• Prepare models so they can be used for data extraction and calculations in Dextall Studio.

• Estimate required modeling time based on project complexity and align with agreed deadlines.

• Deliver each model within approximately 2–3 business days from receiving complete input files.

• Perform basic quality checks on all models to ensure completeness, correctness, and alignment with drawings.

• Communicate promptly about missing information, inconsistencies, or risks to deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Proven experience working with Autodesk Revit on building projects.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and details in .DWG and .PDF formats.

• Solid understanding of building geometry and external building envelope composition.

• Experience creating clean, well-structured Revit models suitable for further analysis or data extraction.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in geometry and dimensions.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once standards are provided.

• Reliable in meeting deadlines, with typical throughput of:
  Approximately 10–15 models per month.

• Clear written communication in English for reporting progess and clarifying open points.
