Procurement Project manager

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our internal Procurement team based in Lithuania. We invite a Project Procurement Manager to join our procurement team that directly supports operational success and drives profitability by aligning procurement strategies with business goals.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement project-specific procurement plans aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
Identify, prequalify, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in line with project requirements.
Evaluate bids and conduct commercial and technical comparisons.
Lead or support contract negotiations, including pricing, delivery terms, and risk allocation.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and amendments.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to meet project milestones.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and manage claims or variations.
Track and control procurement budgets, savings, and cost deviations.
Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks (supply, cost, schedule).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Coordinate the onboarding process and supply chain integration with producers nominated by Dextall.
Proactively identify alternative suppliers and materials to mitigate supply chain risks.
Ensure the supply of long lead time materials.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain coordination, management.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration, including pricing models, delivery terms, Incoterms, and risk allocation.
• Experience handling supplier claims, variations, and change orders.
• Experience working with third-party or nominated producers, including supply chain integration.
• Familiarity with project milestones, critical paths, and schedule-driven procurement.
• Experience tracking and controlling procurement budgets, savings, and cost deviations.
• Experience developing alternative sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Practical experience using ERP and procurement systems for purchasing, reporting, and documentation.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the curtain wall industry is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of prefabricated building structures is a strong plus.
• AI implementation/usage is a strong plus.
