As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our internal Procurement team based in Lithuania. We invite a Project Procurement Manager to join our procurement team that directly supports operational success and drives profitability by aligning procurement strategies with business goals.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement project-specific procurement plans aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.

• Identify, prequalify, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in line with project requirements.

• Evaluate bids and conduct commercial and technical comparisons.

• Lead or support contract negotiations, including pricing, delivery terms, and risk allocation.

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and amendments.

• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineering, finance, and legal teams.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to meet project milestones.

• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and manage claims or variations.

• Track and control procurement budgets, savings, and cost deviations.

• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks (supply, cost, schedule).

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

• Coordinate the onboarding process and supply chain integration with producers nominated by Dextall.

• Proactively identify alternative suppliers and materials to mitigate supply chain risks.

• Ensure the supply of long lead time materials.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of hands on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain coordination, management.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and administration, including pricing models, delivery terms, Incoterms, and risk allocation.

  • Experience handling supplier claims, variations, and change orders.

  • Experience working with third-party or nominated producers, including supply chain integration.

  • Familiarity with project milestones, critical paths, and schedule-driven procurement.

  • Experience tracking and controlling procurement budgets, savings, and cost deviations.

  • Experience developing alternative sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity.

  • Practical experience using ERP and procurement systems for purchasing, reporting, and documentation.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in the curtain wall industry is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of prefabricated building structures is a strong plus.

  • AI implementation/usage is a strong plus.
