As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Procurement Team based in Lithuania and inviting Head of Procurement to join our team.
The role owns supplier strategy, procurement governance, cost control, project procurement support, risk management, reporting, and procurement team development. The position is expected to build scalable procurement processes, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve procurement transparency, and support Dextall’s long-term growth, standardization, and operational efficiency.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the right materials, products, services, and subcontractors are available at the right time, right cost, and required quality.
Protect the company from procurement-related risks, including late delivery, poor supplier performance, unjustified cost increases, and non-compliant purchases.
Build a scalable procurement system that can support company growth and increasing project complexity.
Identify and implement AI tools to improve procurement efficiency, forecasting, and spend visibility.
Maintain strong supplier relationships while protecting Dextall’s commercial and contractual interests.
Provide accurate procurement data and insights for decision-making.
Drive cost savings and value creation without compromising quality, safety, compliance, or long-term reliability.
Ensure procurement is involved early enough in projects to prevent delays, rework, and avoidable costs.
Develop the procurement team of 2 members into a proactive business partner, not only an administrative purchasing function.
Promote standardization, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Represent Dextall professionally in all supplier and subcontractor relationships.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing management.
Experience managing international suppliers, subcontractors, negotiations, and purchase processes.
Experience with cost analysis, procurement reporting, and supplier performance management.
Strong understanding of project-based procurement and cross-functional coordination.
Fluent English communication skills (C1,C2 level).
Strong procurement software's system skills.
Strong Excel / data analysis.
Nice to have:Experience in façade, construction, manufacturing, engineering, modular construction, or building materials industry.
