HR operations & automation specialist
We’re looking for bold thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and driven professionals who want to leave a mark on the skyline — and on the future.
At Dextall, we don’t just build – we revolutionize. Our mission is to transform how commercial building exteriors are designed and constructed across the United States by blending cutting-edge technology with sustainable innovation.
With teams in the USA, Lithuania and Latvia, we’re a powerhouse of engineering, tech, and architectural minds developing high-performance façade systems through our proprietary Building Information Modeling (BIM) platform. It’s the only one of its kind – crafted to slash time, cost, and environmental impact for our partners and clients.
We've grown from 40 to 105 people in the last year and a half. Now we're building the HR engine to match that growth, not just keep up with it. We are expanding our Human resources Team based in Lithuania and inviting a HR operations & automation specialist to join our team and contribute to maintaining exceptional standards, ensuring compliance and fostering strong partnerships with our A-team members.
As our HR operations & automation specialist, you'll own the engine room of HR at Dextall — every system, every piece of documentation, every recurring process that keeps 100+ people paid, insured, onboarded, and organized. Then you'll get to automate as much of it as you can.
This role was built around two of our core values:
Client is a hero. We see the client as the hero of every project — and internally, that means every one of your colleagues. Your job is to empower every employee with the tools, information, and support they need to do their best work, minus the admin friction.
Sustainability as a standard. Just as we build greener buildings, we're building a leaner HR function — less paperwork, less duplication, less manual busywork, more time spent on the people themselves.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Lifecycle Administration — From the moment someone accepts an offer to the moment their contract is signed, you'll gather their information, prepare contracts, announce them to the company, and set them up for a great first day. On the other end, you'll handle offboarding documentation and company-wide communication with the same care.
Internal Change Management — Promotions, transfers, salary changes, department moves: you'll prepare the documentation, update BSS, keep our org chart current, and make sure Accounting and the whole company are in the loop.
HR Systems & Automation — You'll be the go-to owner of BSS maintenance and process automation, with real time and support to build AI agent systems that remove repetitive admin from HR's plate. This is the part of the role with the most room to make your mark.
Dextalks Ownership — New-hire setup, 3-month goal-setting reminders to managers, and keeping every profile current as roles and departments change.
Benefits & Compliance Admin — Health insurance renewals, enrollments, and analysis; mandatory health-check tracking, reminders, and recordkeeping — all running like clockwork.
Vendor & Facilities Coordination — Freelance service-provider contracts, office supply ordering, and being the friendly point of contact for office management.
Employee Experience — Keep our welcome page fresh, plan flawless logistics for client visits (flights, hotels, gifts, agendas), and help pull off our company marathon team and two annual company events.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similarly process-heavy coordination role - at least 2 years of experience.
Genuinely excited by systems and automation — you notice repetitive work and want to fix it, not just push through it faster.
Comfortable working inside HRIS/BSS-type platforms; bonus points for experience building automations, using AI tools, or working with no-code/low-code platforms.
Meticulous with documentation and detail — this role touches contracts, compliance, and personal data.
A strong communicator — you'll be the voice behind a lot of company-wide announcements.
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive employee information.
Comfortable owning a process end-to-end: the paperwork, the system update, and the message that goes with it
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan and prioritize, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
A responsible and proactive work ethic, coupled with strongproblem-solving skills.
