I'm a graduate of mechanical engineering and currently serving as the Head of Procurement in the curtain wall industry.

My professional journey began in 2014 at JSC STATICUS, where I was fortunate to collaborate with some of the most successful and forward-thinking professionals in the façades industry. Each mentor, colleague, and challenge taught me that with the right goals and mindset, anything is achievable.

I started my career as a Workshop Engineer, a role that opened my eyes to the true depth of engineering. With the guidance of experienced mentors and supportive teams, I learned how to translate technical ideas into practical outcomes through software tools, ERP systems, and clear communication. I was introduced to key concepts such as Value Engineering (VE) and Lean methodologies, and gained hands-on experience across various façade systems including stick-built facades, unitized facades, windows, doors, balustrades, shading systems, and rainscreens.

These early experiences laid the foundation for my promotion to Senior Technical Engineer, a position that sharpened my skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, time management, and delegation. I worked internationally with contractors in Norway, Sweden, and the UK, led teams across multiple European locations, and engaged with suppliers to solve technical challenges while aligning with architectural visions.

As STATICUS evolved into a more agile and flat organization, I stepped into the role of Design Manager. In this position, I was responsible for full-cycle project design coordination — covering everything from resource planning and budgeting to quality assurance, team leadership, and final submission approvals.

In 2021, I embraced a new challenge and transitioned into the role of Head of Procurement. This role allowed me to leverage my deep technical background while expanding into strategic procurement leadership. Today, I lead procurement and purchasing operations with a focus on supplier engagement, cost optimization, procurement strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and supply chain risk management. My goal is to build resilient, value-driven purchasing frameworks that align with both project and company-wide objectives.
