Procurement Analyst
We’re looking for bold thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and driven professionals who want to leave a mark on the skyline — and on the future.
At Dextall, we don’t just build – we revolutionize. Our mission is to transform how commercial building exteriors are designed and constructed across the United States by blending cutting-edge technology with sustainable innovation.
With teams in the USA, Lithuania and Latvia, we’re a powerhouse of engineering, tech, and architectural minds developing high-performance façade systems through our proprietary Building Information Modeling (BIM) platform. It’s the only one of its kind – crafted to slash time, cost, and environmental impact for our partners and clients.
To support our growth, we’re looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team in Lithuania. This strategic role will strengthen our internal purchasing operations through market analysis, supplier data management, and procurement process optimization.
Robertas Lapinskas, our Procurement Team Manager, is looking for a proactive and with a Yes and Can DO attitude colleague to join his growing team in Lithuania. If you’re driven by data, enjoy building smart solutions, and want to play a key role in shaping how we source and manage partners across international markets, this is your chance to make a real impact.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Analyze supplier and producer proposals, pricing structures, and market trends to support the development of effective procurement strategies.
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret supplier and market data from various international regions.
• Prepare detailed cost comparison analyses, total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and value assessments.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities, potential risks, and areas for optimization.
• Provide data-driven insights to support supplier evaluation and selection processes.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for management.
• Contribute to building a materials and services database – ensuring all data from third parties is securely stored for further analysis.
• Collaborate on setting terms with partners for the implementation of pilot projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
• University degree in business, supply chain, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or data-driven supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization); ERP experience is a plus.
• Confident communicator, able to clearly present product structure to suppliers and manufacturers.
• Comfortable working with multiple data streams in a dynamic, international setting.
• Fluent in English; other languages – an advantage.
• Experience in curtain wall systems, prefabricated structures, or AI tools – a strong plus.
WE OFFER:
• Meaningful work in an international company developing innovative solutions for the construction sector.
• A culture where every voice matters and has real impact.
• Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling team.
• Flexible work model – office in central Vilnius or remote, flexible hours.
• Team events, Thursday tasting sessions, and other fun activities.
• Additional health insurance after 6 months of tenure.
• Competitive salary: €2500–€3500 gross (based on experience).
